Adjective/Noun
The state of being limited in supply.
Scarce means rare or not plentiful. In investing terms, an asset is scarce if it is limited in number like Bitcoin. On the other hand, fiat money like the U.S. Dollar or Philippine peso is not scarce since it can be printed indefinitely.
Scarce refers to something that is not able to meet demand due to it being deficient in quantity. In investing, scarce assets like real estate and gold tend to go up with time due to them being limited in supply.
(Kakupusan) Ang pagiging limitado sa supply.
(Nihit/Kanihit) Ang kahimtang nga limitado sa suplay.
(Bassit) Ti sarita nga man-mano lang iti maikkan.
